Welcome to the Milan Art Ambassador Program! This program allows you to earn commissions by sharing our Mastery Program with your audience. By participating, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

• Milan Art: Refers to Milan Art, Milan Art Institute, The Mastery Program, and all affiliated brands such as Elli Milan, Dimitra Milan, John Milan, and Jake Dunn.
• Ambassador: Refers to the participant in the Milan Art Ambassador Program.
• Referral Link: The unique link provided to each Ambassador to share with their audience.

Eligibility

There are no specific eligibility requirements. However, Ambassadors must have a PayPal account to receive payments.

Commission Structure

• 1-10 Referrals: $300 per student
• 11-99 Referrals: $400 per student
• 100+ Referrals: $500 per student

Commissions are earned when a referred user purchases the Mastery Program within 30 days of clicking the referral link and after the 30-day refund period elapses.

Payment Details

Commissions will be paid exclusively through PayPal once a month on the 5th of the month.

Tax Information

U.S. residents who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to submit a W-9 form.

Marketing Guidelines

Ambassadors are encouraged to share their referral links with their own audience through the following approved methods:

• Link in bio on social media profiles
• Personal YouTube content
• Personal email newsletters
• Text messages to friends and family

Ambassadors are prohibited from:

• Sharing referral links on any Milan Art platforms (e.g., app, social media comments)
• Directly messaging Milan Art followers with referral links
• Advertising on Google using Milan Art’s name or claiming discounts for the Mastery Program

Any use of Milan Art logos or assets must adhere to our style guide, found here.

Content Approval

Ambassadors do not need to get their content approved before sharing.

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the ambassador agreement at any time. If Milan Art terminates the agreement, the Ambassador will be paid for any pending commissions or referrals once completed, as long as the agreement isn't being terminated for a violation of the terms. In such cases, Milan Art reserves the right to withhold payment on any pending commissions.

Modifications to Terms

Milan Art reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website page where this is hosted and also through email. If Ambassadors are not subscribed to our email, we will not be able to communicate beyond posting to this page.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled primarily without involving courts by Milan Art. If any disputes require legal involvement, it will be done in Sarasota, FL, under that jurisdiction. Milan Art will not be liable for any fees. If found guilty and Milan Art is prosecuting, the other party will be responsible for our legal fees as well.

What if someone you referred signs up without clicking on your link or you didn't get credit when you believe you should've? 

Our heart behind launching this program is to give people the opportunity to share our incredible artist education with their friends, family and followers and make it easy to do so. If you've shared your link with someone and they signed up as a result of your sharing the program, but for whatever reason, they didn't click the link or they used another device to ultimately make the purchase, we will be happy to give you credit, providing the following:

1. You must have documented evidence that you shared the link BEFORE they made the purchase (with a screenshot that clearly shows the date the message, email, text, etc. was sent). 

2. That person must not have clicked on someone else's referral link. 

3. You did not violate any of the terms set forth in this document.

We will NOT accept any word of mouth anecdotes or vouching. Only documented evidence. Exceptions will not be made. This is to protect the integrity of the referral program so that artists everywhere can continue to benefit from it. 

Confidentiality

Ambassadors must disclose somewhere that they may earn a commission when people click on their links.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sarasota, FL.

Investigation of Referrals

Milan Art reserves the right to investigate any referral that we deem suspicious and to withhold part or all commissions if the Ambassador violates these terms.
